Your amount is not calculated per hour but per item needed! CS Cleaners specialises in professional end-of-tenancy cleaning services up to the standard of every Inventory check from landlords or agents. Table of contents. We use a two-step ladder. We will clean only the items which we can see and reach.

Kitchen cleaning task list Included in the quoted price

→ Kitchen worktops → deep clean

→ Cupboards inside → deep clean

→ Cupboards exterior- front and bottom → deep clean. We won’t clean the top of the cupboards.

→ Lighting fixtures → dusting

→Fans → dusting

→ Switches and sockets → clean

→ Doors, door surroundings, door handle → clean

→ Skirting boards → clean

→ Rubbish bins → emptying

→ Hard floor → moped/carpet hovered

→ Extractor fan deep filter clean- where is possible (no filter change), clean exterior

Oven cleaning task list on request only

→ Built oven exterior → wiped

→ Built single oven → deep clean-Clean oven door, internal sides and bottom of the oven to remove all built-up grease as well as clean oven exterior and polish.

→ Built double oven → deep clean-Clean oven door, internal sides and bottom of the oven to remove all built-up grease as well as clean oven exterior and polish.

→ 2 Oven Racks (only original)→ deep clean

→ Built hobs (gas, electric, ceramic) → wiped

→ Free stand oven → deep clean from the inside-Clean oven door, internal sides and bottom of the oven to remove all built-up grease as well as clean in front of the oven exterior and polish.

→Trays / oven pans / additional racks (only original)→ deep clean

→ Tiles around the shower, bath, sink, and toilet → clean

→ Lighting fixtures → dusted

NOTE:

→ Please note that we do not wash or clean the exterior of the property such as the conservatory, patio, garage, or balconies.

→ Please note that we do not clean the oven roof (ceiling) at all.

→ Please note that we do not clean walls in any case.

→ If your house is mouldy and you forgot to mention it, the price of your quote will increase when the cleaners arrive at your property.

→ If your kitchen is greasy and you forgot to mention it, the price of your quote will increase when the cleaners arrive at your property.

→ If you didn’t give us the right size of your property, for example, normal size, large size or executive size, the price of your quote will change when the cleaners arrive at your property.

→The rubbish will be taken in black bags and left in the garbage bin belonging to the property (if any) or in front of the property. (We do not provide a rubbish removal service). You have to show the cleaners where is your rubbish bin.

Curtains/Blinds steam cleaning

→ -Pre-test your curtains/fabric blinds to check that they are an appropriate product for cleaning.

→ – Any loose dust will be vacuumed first before we attempt to remove any included spots, dust and odours. Utmost care is used when handling your curtains/fabric blinds thus making certain no damage occurs to fine materials.

→ – Curtains/fabric blinds will be cleaned with steam and solutions for delicate fabrics.

→ All curtains/fabric blinds are cleaned on-site as they are clinging, no need to be concerned about getting them down and re-hanging.

NOTE:

This is not stains removing service! We will make every effort to remove stains from your curtains but occasionally some stains can be permanent and no guarantee can be given for complete stain removal.

Carpet Cleaning

Hoovering with a powerful vacuum cleaner

Pre-treatment with special detergents for any stains, dirt patches and also high-traffic areas

Cleaning with a professional carpet machine, which extracts hot water under high pressure and collects nearly 90% of the moisture and all the dirt.

Please NOTE: This is not a stain removal service! We will make every effort to remove stains from your carpets but occasionally some stains can be permanent, and no guarantee can be given for complete stain removal.
