Should you contain a lot more rooms, stairs, ladings, etc, please call for a tailor-made quote. CS Cleaners reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the Client’s original requirements change or upon inspection of the property by our cleaners on the day. All prices supplied are subject to inspection on arrival
We do not clean the walls, ceilings, conservatory roof from inside or outside, roof windows, roof blinds in any case!
We do not clean kitchen appliances unless ordered over the phone/email! We can arrange this upon request for an extra price.
Our End of Tenancy cleaning Guarantee doesn’t include cleaning the property’s exterior like gardens, garages, balconies etc.
End of tenancy cleaning requires your property to be completely empty before our staffs move in to clean it. The reason being it can prevent professional cleaning and will break your guarantee. We have the right to cancel the cleaning session if the property isn’t empty and you have to pay the cancellation fee. If the cleaners decide to wait until you clear the property (maximum 1 hour), you have to pay £20 extra.
Cleaning of Conservatory, Utility room, Washroom, Scullery, Boot rooms, Study room, Box room, Spare room, etc. is not originally included in our Quotations. We can arrange this upon request for an extra price.
Cleaning of blinds and/or shutters (wooden/metal/plastic, fabric, etc) is not originally included in our Quotations. We can arrange this upon request.
We do not move large appliances or furniture (such as Washing machines, dishwashers, Wardrobes etc.)
Parking have to be available on site or close by. Any car parking charges (including parking penalty charges) to be paid by customer.

We do not clean any kitchen appliances which are not listed in your Booking Confirmation! If you need additional appliances to be cleaned, please ask the cleaning team at the start of the cleaning session and we can arrange those upon request for an extra price.
Please note that we do not clean the oven roof (ceiling) at all. We don’t clean the top of the kitchen cupboards.
Our End of Tenancy cleaning guarantee does not include cleaning the property’s exterior like garages, balconies etc.
We require your property to be completely empty from any furniture, cookware, tableware, personal belongings, etc. before our staff moves in to clean it. If the property is not empty, we can skip the areas that have Furniture, cookware, tableware, personal belongings, etc. and those areas will not be cleaned or we can cancel the cleaning session.
We will clean only what’s booked. Cleaning of Conservatory, Utility room, Wash room, Scullery, Boot rooms, Study room, Box room, Spare room, etc. is not originally included in our Quotations. We can arrange this upon request before the cleaning session starts for an extra price.
Blinds (wooden/metal/plastic, fabric, etc), shutters, curtains, etc. will be cleaned only if it’s booked and present in the booking confirmation. This service isn't originally included in our Quotations unless you have asked for it. We can arrange this upon request (at least a day befor start of the cleaning session) for an extra price.
We do not move any furniture and large appliances.
We are not responsible for mould, mildew, stickers, glue or rust when they are incorporated with silicon, grout or any other surfaces.

We reserve the right to refuse any cleaning job if the condition of the property is hazardous to the health and wellbeing of our operatives, the property is not empty, there is a high possibility of damage or accident if we decide that we are not qualified to complete the job or part of the job or if the booking details are not correct.
Hard floor cleaning covers hoovering and mopping only, but not scrubbing. If the Customer has any special instructions, they will have to advise the Company by email and provide any special detergents required.
The Client is responsible for providing access to their property at the scheduled time. Cleaners can wait up to 30 minutes after the announced time to start the cleaning session. We have the right to cancel the cleaning session, and the client owes the company a non-refundable fee of £ 50 if one of the conditions below is met: :
-there is no access to the property until the waiting time
-the property is not emptied
-there is no electricity, running cold and hot water
- when the cleaners arrive: no parking space is provided, the parking space requires a permit and no valid permit is provided or the parking space is not close enough to the property
Parking has to be available on-site or close by. Any car parking charges (including parking penalty charges) are to be paid by the customer.
The rubbish will be taken in black bags and left in the garbage bin belonging to the property (if any) or in front of the property. (We do not provide the rubbish removal service). You have to show the cleaners where is your rubbish bin.

Our Carpet Cleaning includes:

· Pre-treatment with special detergents for any stains, dirty patches and also high traffic areas
