Requirements for cleaning when you leave your home

cleaning when you leave

Requirements of agencies and landlords to clean when you move out /End of Tenancy Cleaning/

A common area of dispute at the end of a tenancy.

  • You are expected to clean the property to the same standard, as it was when your tenancy commenced (commonly stated in inventory).
  • We would recommend having the property professionally cleaned at the end of the tenancy.
